Sarah brings a rare combination of deep compassion, practical wisdom, and professional excellence to her work—supporting clients in both financial planning and health insurance. As the founder of JSJ Solutions, she is committed to guiding individuals, families, and business owners with personalized strategies that reflect their values, protect what matters most, and prepare them for what lies ahead.
Sarah’s journey into this work is rooted in purpose and faith. After a 21-year career in healthcare came to an unexpected close due to a denied religious exemption, Sarah experienced the passing of her father—a respected financial advisor of 43 years. Called to continue his legacy, she stepped forward in faith to serve the very people he once helped, and many more since.
Today, Sarah supports clients across the country with clarity and care—offering thoughtful, relationship-based guidance in:
- Medicare and individual health insurance planning
- Retirement and legacy planning
- Investment and income strategies
- Protection planning (life, disability, long-term care)
She holds Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses and proudly serves as part of the Herzog Swenson Advisor Group. With a degree in Information Technology and the Behavioral Financial Advisor™ (BFA™) designation, Sarah blends analytical insight with an understanding of the emotional side of money and health decisions.
A proud Owatonna native and mother of two young men, Sarah’s heart for people shows in every conversation. Whether she’s walking a client through Medicare options or helping them map out their financial future, she leads with integrity, patience, and faith.
Through JSJ Solutions, she offers more than just plans—she offers peace of mind. From southeastern Minnesota to wherever her clients reside, Sarah meets people where they are and helps them move forward with intention.
Outside of her professional calling, Sarah finds joy in gardening, skiing, live music, and local community service. Her foundation in faith guides all she does, and she considers it an honor to walk alongside each client on their unique journey.
